Made of local volcanic stone and featuring traditional Cycladic architecture it offers total privacy in 1200 acres area of unspoilt nature and breathtaking sea views. Overlooking a calm bay that encompasses four neighboring pristine sand beaches it is protected from the gusty north winds that sweep the island in the summer.

The Art House
Sitting in a 1200 acres property of untouched nature this unique house was traditionally built using a variety of local volcanic stones in the 1970s as a vacation home and artists’ residence for my parents, a couple of renowed Greek painters. It has been an oasis of tranquility, creativity and sea adventures for 3 generations.
The residence was partly renovated in 2010 with respect for its history retaining the atmosphere of warm hospitality for which the house was famous. The Art House is exclusively yours to enjoy—a private haven designed for relaxation and inspiration. Offering total seclusion amidst unspoiled nature, the house combines traditional Cycladic architecture with artistic touches, making every corner unique.

Only 40 meters down the pathway from its own pebble beach, it is the perfect place to relax swimming away from the crowds or enjoying watersports like kayaking, SUP, snorkeling and diving, rent a boat to visit nearby iconic Kleftiko or Firiplaka and some of the best beaches of the island.
